My journey as a therapist began with a profound personal transformation. Having experienced the transformative power of inner healing myself, I am deeply committed to guiding others on their own paths of growth and self-discovery.

I believe that true healing comes from a place of love and compassion. My approach integrates a diverse range of modalities, from Western psychology to ancient wisdoms like Ayurveda and Vedic texts, to address the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

That's why I embrace an integrative approach, drawing from a diverse range of modalities such as classic Psychology, NLP, conscious rewiring techniques, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and somatic experiencing. This holistic perspective allows me to address the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, creating a personalized and constantly adaptive treatment plan that is truly unique to you.
