As such, Integrative Therapy is completely adaptive to your individual needs, whatever language your soul speaks, you can be sure it will be heard in our shared theraputic space.

Our intention together is always to empower you to gain deeper self-awareness, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and achieve lasting well-being.

My path as a therapist began when my own life cracked open at 18. I went through a profound inner transformation that changed everything I thought I knew about myself, about healing, and about what it means to live in alignment with your true nature.

From that point on, my purpose became clear: to help other women reconnect with the power, wisdom, and wholeness that already lives within them.

I believe real healing grows out of self-love, compassion, and the courage to meet yourself fully—mind, body, and spirit.

My Approach

Over the years I’ve studied everything from Western psychology to ancient spiritual traditions like Ayurveda, Vedic texts, mindfulness, and somatic practices. I weave these together with tools like NLP, conscious rewiring, CBT, and other evidence-based methods to create a truly integrative approach.

Why? Because no two people heal the same way. What works for one person might not work for another. So I meet you exactly where you are, and we co-create a process that actually feels like you.
